In the series called Taxon, I use national flowers from some of the countries affected by the U.S. aggressive rhetoric. In a way, this piece creates a simplified map of places affected directly or indirectly by physical or rhetorical aggression (Mexico, Venezuela, Iran and others), and attempts to replace these dynamics with a safe space for imagining hope, fairness, peace, and harmony.

Proposal commissioned by the Los Angeles Metro for the new Beverly Hills trains station.
